LEANDER STEWART SMITH, first child of Tom and Rachel Smith, was born on January 21, 1880 in Mansfield, Louisiana.  He married first FLORENCE FAUCETT on January 26, 1907.  She was the daughter of W.M. FAUCETT.  She is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Center, Shelby County, Texas.  Her grave maker records her death as August 21, 1928, age 52 yr., 6 mo.23 days, and that she was previously buried in another cemetery and moved to Fairview Cemetery, Center, Shelby County Texas.    Leander married second time ANNIE BUCKLEY on August 8, 1918.  Leander died on March 26, 1930 and buried in Fairview Cemetery, Center, Texas.
